The unique Poppy Flowers hand-painted maxi dress has long sleeves and is crafted only by hand. The dress is decorated with hand-painted Red Poppy drawings, made by a plastic artist, using vibrant red and green textile colors. For decorative painting, special colors are used, intended exclusively for textile painting, that are water resistant and dermatologically tested. The realistic effect of the flowers is obtained both by techniques of alternating light and shadows, and by using textile colors in vivid and deep shades. The paintings decorate the chest, sleeves and the back of the dress, in the form of Poppy flowers. The length of the dress is above the ankle, with a straight cut, and can optionally be fastened at the waist with a drawstring. The dress is hemmed by hand, in the same way as a traditional shirt and is made of white 100% cotton fabric. The colors used for the paintings are high quality matte textile colors, water-based, non-toxic, with high adhesion on natural fabrics. The colors are intense and have very good coverage and retain their qualities, shine and color after washing (if the cleaning instructions are followed). Each dress is a unique art object, for this reason it is possible to present small changes compared to the model shown in the photo. This hand-painted dress is hand-gathered at the neck and has tasseled neckline and sleeves.
Details and care: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and use moderately warm iron. Do not bleach or tumble dry. To protect the painting, you are advised not to use the iron directly on it.
