BANK WIRE PAYMENT / BANK-TO-BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT - ANILU accepts payment for orders via Bank Wire or other form of Bank-to-Bank Transfer. We do not ask for your bank account number during checkout, nor do we automatically withdrawl funds from your bank account. You must initiate the Bank Wire or Bank-to-Bank Transfer via your online banking platform or at your local bank branch after placing your order. Our Bank account information can be found below.

To place an online order for payment by Bank Wire / Bank-to-Bank Transfer, simply add products to your shopping cart, select "Bank Wire / Bank-to-Bank Transfer" as your payment method, and click the "Checkout" button to proceed. Discount product prices will be automatically applied when the Bank Wire / Bank-to-Bank Transfer payment option is selected by you in your shopping cart or at checkout. Your prices are LOCKED IN when checkout is completed and you receive an order confirmation number. Once your order is completed and you receive an Order Confirmation with your Order ID, you may initiate your Bank Wire / Bank-to-Bank Transfer payment from your bank to ours. You must place your order online before sending us a Bank Wire, or Bank Transfer. Bank Wire / Bank-to-Bank Transfer payments matching your EXACT order total MUST be initiated within the next business day of order placement. Any overpayments of $10.00 or less will NOT be refunded. 

After we have received your wire payment, we will generate and send by e-mail your invoice. Only after receiving the payment order, the products you ordered will be manufactured and shipped. Orders paid for by Bank Transfer Payment require up to 5 business days for payment processing. Orders will be automatically cancelled if your payment is not received within 10 calendar days of the date the orders are placed. Your order will have full shipping tracking sent to you via email when the order ships so you can follow your package's progress until it arrives. PLEASE REMEMBER: Your electronic payment should ALWAYS include your name, EXACT order total, and Order Number in the MEMO.

Shipping and Delivery

 

Under normal circumstances, delivery time is 24 working hours from confirming your oder (on the phone, e-mail or SMS). In some cases, if the products you have ordered are not in stock, the duration of shipment may vary. In this case, a consultant will inform you via phone or e-mail when your order will be shipped and delivered.

We ship WORLWIDE via TNT and FedEx. Track & trace your order with the AWB number provided in your email. Go to www.tnt.com or TNT Tracker. 

Delivery around the world (Europe, North and South America, Australia, Asia, Africa via TNT.

We deliver around the world in 1 to 4 working days; Some destinations may imply additional shipping rates, that you'll be notified of during the ordering process.

Final purchase price for orders shipped outside the EU will be calculated with local VAT at checkout. Please note that duties for your country will be applied and invoiced separately through our courier. The customer is responsible for all applicable custom duties and taxes for orders shipped outside the EU. This will be a separate charge invoiced by our courier.

If the package can not be delivered (the recipient does not respond, the specified address is wrong, etc.), you will be contacted by the courier company representative. The package will remain in the area three days and will be returning to Sender. For products that are not in stock or are manufactured using your sizes for Made to Measure service the delivery time is between 2 and 6 weeks.

We are not responsible for delayed shipments, loss, destruction, damage, non-delivery or wrong delivery of a shipment or parts of it if it is generated by situations or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns

 

According to the legislation on the legal regime of distance contracts "Consumers have the right to notify in writing to waive the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days after receiving the product."

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.

In the situation mentioned above, you can return within the period specified above the product purchased in the original packaging, without showing any sign of damage or wear. Goods must be returned in their original packaging. By opening the individual packages that were delivered goods ordered means that you agree to these terms of use and that the products match your requirements.

ANILU agrees to repay the amounts received for goods returned within maximum 14 days from the date of contract termination. Depending on the condition of the returned product, ANILU will decide whether reimbursement may be accepted.

Products ordered in other sizes other than the standard or through the Service Made to Measure make an exception and can not be returned! We also do not accept returns or refund request for sale items.

Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please note that the customer is allowed to exchange an item for a different size only once. Thereafter, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

The merchandise must be returned along with the completed Returns Form that was included with your order. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges will be returned to the sender.

The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.

What personal data do we collect?

PRINTING ERRORS

According to the legislation on the legal regime of distance contracts "Consumers have the right to notify in writing to waive the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days after receiving the product.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.

In the situation mentioned above, you can return within the period specified above the product purchased in the original packaging, without showing any sign of damage or wear. Goods must be returned in their original packaging. By opening the individual packages that were delivered goods ordered means that you agree to these terms of use and that the products match your requirements.

ANILU agrees to repay the amounts received for goods returned within maximum 30 days from the date of contract termination. Depending on the condition of the returned product, Anilucouture.com will decide whether reimbursement may be accepted.

Products ordered in other sizes other than the standard or through the Service Made to Measure make an exception and can not be returned! We also do not accept returns or refund request for sale items.

Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please note that the customer is allowed to exchange an item for a different size only once. Thereafter, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

The merchandise must be returned along with the completed Returns Form that was included with your order. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges will be returned to the sender.

The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.

DISPUTES AND CONFLICTS

Any conflict between Anilucouture.com and customers is to be solved amicably by agreement between the two parties. If this is not possible Romanian legal provisions shall apply in this area.

FINAL PROVISIONS

If any of the above will be found null and void, regardless of the cause, this clause shall not affect the validity of the other clauses. With buying and ordering, customer accepts the terms and conditions of use objections, their value being the same as a valid contract.
